Cost: €60.00 for 6 Week Term or €10.00 pay per class

Classes are suitable for All Levels & Abilities.

All classes are "Mat Based (Floor) Classes" & we use a range of Equipment; Flexi bands, Fitness Circles, Small Balls etc. to help rehabilitation / progression for our Advanced Clients.
